All major Venues in Europe and the USA require drawings and calculations for any structure exceeding 4m in height. The height limit for stands being deemed Complex is 4m. Once the structure exceeds 4m in height it is subject to an internal draught pressure or a wind blowing through the venue. We then have to prove that your structure can withstand being subjected to this wind. This can result in further work having to be introduced over and above structures that do not exceed 4m.

The cost of drawings and calculations for a structure that exceeds 4m in height obviously varies with the complexity and size of the structure. But the fees involved usually range from £180.00 – £375.00. Firm quotations can be provided from a basic drawing or visual

We provide drawings and calculations for Decks, Stairs and Handrails for venues worldwide. We can provide drawings and calculations in German, French, Spanish and Italian.

The cost of drawings and calculations for a basic deck, stair and handrails is usually in the range of £400.00 – £550.00. Firm quotations can be provided from a drawing or visual.

We submit all our information direct to the Authorities upon your behalf. We are familiar with most of the organisers throughout Europe. We understand what information they require.

Upon request we can provide Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Multi Lifting Information.

We often attend site to oversee works being carried out. Our team of Engineers can also provide certification for Venue / Organiser approval.

We pride ourselves in having the experience and knowledge concerning the latest Venue and E Guide Regulations.

All bespoke rigging now requires drawings and calculations to be submitted. Anything that is not a proprietary recognised banner system will be suscepted to an Engineer’s design and installation inspection and certification.

We can calculate timber structures. All grades of timber can be calculated.

We are familiar with most of the Aluminium Systems, ie: Octanorm, Foga, Be Matrix, Trilite, Prolyte, Unistrut and many others. Which we can provide drawings and calculations or structural reports for Organiser and Venue approval.
